How to Start Your EBAO Certification Process
The EBAO Certification is a structured pathway designed to guide you step-by-step. Follow the instructions below to join EAS and create your account, setting the foundation for your certification process.
Join EAS / EBAO Certification is available to EAS Members 25 / 26 ONLY. Join EAS to take advantage of all the benefits provided to its members.
- Get reduced congress fees as a member
- Access exclusive member content
- Choose a 1- or 2-year membership at a special rate
Join EBAO / Once you join or renew your EAS Membership, you can access the EBAO certification pathway.
The fee schedule is arranged as follows:
- Stage 1 NextGen Orthodontists Membership - 500€
- Stage 2 NextGen Orthodontists Membership - 500€
- Application for the Master of Clinical Excellence pathway - 1000€
EBAO Account / Create your account on the EBAO platform. Remember to use the email you used for the EAS Membership.
Once you have created your account, you will need to wait for validation; please refer to the next step.
Note that the previous steps are mandatory. EBAO accounts created without an active EAS membership or without joining EBAO will be deleted without prior notice.

Progressing Through the Certification Process
After creating your account, follow these steps to validate your membership, download the required templates, and submit your cases for review.
Validation / Once you have set up your EBAO account, EAS will validate it after registration fees are paid, and you will receive a notification via email.
The EAS Secretariat may take up to one week to validate your payment and activate your EBAO Account.
Case templates / The EBAO Platform provides two PowerPoint templates for download —one for Growing patients and one for Non-Growing patients—designed for use with all malocclusion types outlined in the Guidelines
These files will be accessible in your personal dashboard once your EBAO account has been created and verified.
Submit Cases / After validation, upload your completed cases to the EBAO website through your personal dashboard.

Can I apply for EBAO Certification without an EAS membership?
No, an active EAS membership is required to access the EBAO certification pathway.
How can I check my active membership?
Visit your Member Area on the EAS website. You’ll find your current membership details under the section Membership Status.
I previously started the EBAO certification process but didn’t complete it. Do I need to create a new EBAO account?
No, your account is still active on the EBAO platform. However, you will need to renew your EAS membership to continue participating in the certification process.
How do I create an EBAO account?
After joining or renewing your EAS membership, visit the EBAO platform go to register page to create your account.
What should I do if my EBAO account is not validated within a week?
If your account is not validated after a week, please contact the EAS Secretariat for assistance.
Are the EAS membership and EBAO Certification managed on the same platform?
No, they are managed on separate platforms. Membership registration and payment are handled on EAS-aligners.com, while the EBAO certification pathway is on ebao.eas-aligners.com.
Do I need separate login credentials for the EAS and EBAO platforms?
Yes, your login credentials for EAS-aligners.com will not work on the EBAO platform. You must create a new account on the EBAO platform after joining EAS.
Can I upload my cases before my account is validated?
No, case submission is only possible after your account has been validated. The templates for case submission are available on your EBAO dashboard.
I’ve paid for EAS membership but cannot access the EBAO platform. Why?
Ensure that your membership payment has been processed and your account is active. You also need to create a separate account on the EBAO platform.
How can I access my dashboard to upload cases?
Go to the EBAO platform and click on Login to access your dashboard.
